North East Power and NE SPARC are excited to announce that the Bright Ideas Education Grant application period will open on July 20 and remain open through September 4.
Now in its fourth year, the Bright Ideas Education Grant program provides funding for innovative classroom projects that inspire creativity, enhance learning, and engage students in new ways. Since the program began, local educators have used grant funds to bring hands-on learning experiences and unique educational opportunities to their classrooms.
Teachers within the North East Power service area are encouraged to apply for projects that support student achievement and enrich the educational experience. Whether it's a STEM initiative, literacy project, creative arts program, or another innovative idea, Bright Ideas grants are designed to help bring those visions to life.
Applications must be submitted by September 4, and grant recipients will be announced in October.

We look forward to seeing the creative ideas our local educators have planned for the upcoming school year.
