North East Power will only assist with erosion if it is due to physical damage to land caused by NEMEPA's use within its easement rights or if erosion is causing issues that may result in damage to line structures or other equipment. Examples include erosion around a power pole that could create unsafe conditions; washing or undermining around underground power line equipment; or, in some instances, erosion of access roads used/maintained by NEMEPA.
