Rate Schedule 405 – New Construction

Rate Schedule 405 – The following fees shall be used to determine the contribution in aid of construction for Policy 405.

1. Overhead Primary Permanent Residence –
   Any extension Greater than 500 feet but less than 1,200 feet AIC = $4.50 per foot
   Portion of line extension in excess of 1,200’ AIC = $9 per foot
2. Overhead Primary Non-Permanent Residence –
   Any extension Less than 1,200 feet AIC = $4.50 per foot
   Portion of line extension in excess of 1,200 feet AIC = $9 per foot
3. Overhead Residential Subdivision Development –
   AIC = Full cost of construction
4. Mobile Home Park –
   AIC = Full cost of construction
5. Underground Primary Residential –
   Any line extension AIC = $10 per foot
6. Underground Residential Subdivision Development –
   AIC = Full cost of construction. No lot credit.
7. Underground Residential Multi-Unit Development –
   AIC = Full cost of construction
8. Small Commercial Single Phase Less than 50kW –
   Any extension Less than 1,200 feet AIC = $4.50 per foot
   Portion of line extension in excess of 1,200 feet AIC = $9 per foot
9. Commercial/Commercial Development –
   AIC = Full cost of construction
   (A) AIC= 60% of current manufacturer unit pricing. Unit pricing is updated quarterly by manufacturer.
10. Overhead/Underground Service –
    AIC – up to 200 Amp - $300 per service
    AIC - 200 Amp to 400 Amp - $450 per service
    AIC - larger than 400 Amp - $600 per Service
11. Service Poles –
    AIC = $400 per pole
12. Transformer Rental – AIC = $5 per month
