Some of these activities may be allowed, but only if they do not include elevation changes that create an unsafe situation in relation to line clearance or other types of safety risks. Furthermore, if said work does not unreasonably interfere with the safe operation and maintenance of the line or restrict reasonable access, then it should be acceptable.
