Scope
These Rules and Regulations are a part of all contracts for receiving electric service from the Association, and applied to all service received from the Association, whether the service is based upon contract, agreement, signed application, or otherwise. A copy of these Rules and Regulations, together with a copy of the Association’s Schedule of Rates and Charges, available at the offices of the Association.
