Termination of Contract by the Member/Consumer
Members/Consumers who have fulfilled their contract terms and wish to discontinue service may be required to give at least three (3) months’ notice to that effect, unless the contract specified otherwise. Notice to discontinue service prior to expiration of the contract term will not relieve the Member/Consumer from any minimum or guaranteed payment under any contract or rate.
