Bright Ideas grants provide funding for innovative, classroom-based projects that might otherwise not be possible.
The 2023 application deadline has passed. Our Prize Team will visit local schools in early October to announce the winning grant recipients.
Our 2024 application process will open in July 2024.
ABOUT THE PROGRAM
At North East Mississippi Electric Power Association and NE SPARC, we believe there is no more important investment than in our community’s youth. That’s why we are offering Bright Ideas education grants to teachers in K-12 classrooms across our electric and fiber service territories.
Bright Ideas grants give teachers the power to put their creative teaching ideas into action.
Awards are presented after a competitive evaluation process by our Bright Ideas Board.
