Temporary Changes

In accordance with the CDC’s recommendation for social distancing, we want to remind you of alternative ways to pay your bill without coming to our office. We will remain open but encourage you to choose another option to pay as the health of our members and employees is our top priority.

You can pay through our member portal on our website, mobile app or pay by text. Currently, due to construction we don’t have a drive-thru, but we do have a drop box outside the office. You can also call us at 662-234-6331 and make a payment over the phone.

You can apply for power, transfer and disconnect your electric service from our web page as well. Thank you for your understanding.

We value the health of every one of our employees and members. For everyone’s safety, if you are coughing or sick, even if you believe it’s just allergies, please refrain from coming to the office.
